The condo has a great modern design, it features two swimmimng pools, a small gym, a reception with very kind and ready to assist staff. The apartment is very cozy, bright and spacious. Two powerful airconditions are ready to make comfortable temperature in each zone. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your culinary activities. The bed is huge and quite comfortable. Check-in, check-out and support from the host during our stay is excellent. The location is good, Chedraui Supermarket with a great choice is right opposite, 10 min walk to the city center, 5 km to the beach.

The boiler is very small, there is not enough hot water even for one person to shower.

First of all, the location is perfect and convenient for Supermarkets, Starbucks and restaurants. The amenities this condo provides is also top notch with an infinity pool on the rooftop, gym and full kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal (except an oven).

Our very first night we noticed there was no cold water coming from our shower. It was always scalding hot no matter where we positioned the nozzle. We called maintenance and their only solution was to turn off the boiler. The next morning we woke up to a flood in our bathroom and into our living room and kitchen. Apparently the cold water valve was clogged and only scalding hot water flowed to the boiler causing it to create a hole and leak from our ceiling. We called maintenance again and they said they would need to see if it was under warrantee to replace the boiler. We also called Vacasa multiple times and they assured us someone would fix it. Almost 2 weeks go by and we spent every day cleaning this flood water and taking cold showers. We took dozens of photos and made endless phone calls to both Booking and Vacasa. Finally a Booking representative was able to send somebody out to "fix" the problem. They basically taped up boiler so it didnt leak anymore, which was able to give us luke warm water. Still not hot. All this water leakage caused drywall damage to the boiler box on the ceiling and throughout our stay we had construction people sanding and putting fresh layers of drywall on. Essentially this just caused a bigger mess in our bathroom and they never even fixed the problem. Im not sure how they will rent this place out again because after our month long stay nothing was fixed properly. Bottom line is I will never rent from Vacasa again. They are a terrible property management company. They said they would provide us compensation for our stay here, but that was obviously a lie. We never received anything for our terrible stay and I highly recommend everyone to avoid renting from Vacasa.
