City Vibe Haven - Modern 2 Bed Apartment with High Speed WI-FI

The inside layout of the property was as described and decorated as per the photos - it was just unclean.

The property was located in a run down area. The outside of the property was in a bad way and there was a toilet, sink and sofa dumped outside the entrance. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived as the cleaning team were running late. We were due to check in at 4pm and they told us at 3.45pm that they would be late when we were already on our way to the property. We had to sit on a wall outside and wait (after landing in Belfast at 7am!) When they did arrive they were there no longer than 15 minutes cleaning the property. The bedding hadn’t been changed and neither had the bath mat which was disgusting. We were treated to fresh towels. The floors were dirty and whilst there were complimentary coffee pods and milks left the coffee machine had not been cleaned and the milk was out of date.

The flat is located near to the bus station within walking distance of the town centre. All of the amenities are good and the flat was clean inside.

This is a ground floor flat in a run down residential area. A bit intimidating. We kept the blinds drawn throughout our stay. The living room area is very small to accommodate 4 adults. I chose this place rather than a hotel because I thought we would have more space to relax and the reviews were very good.

Great apartment, close to centre. Clean and comfortable.

Entrance to apartment was a little dodgy.

It was dark and the front door of the apartment was untidy with rubbish blowing about . It was city centre but I don’t feel safe in area

The location was ideal to the centre of city

The sofa was not ideal to seat 4 adults. A blind is required in the bathroom for privacy purposes.

Managed by a company, so they are easily available. Easy check in with a lockbox. Clean and modern. Not too far to walk to things nearby. It was quiet. Streaming on the TV. Nice that they say not to worry about cleaning everything and that is their job. Certain other sites have an issue with that!

I hadn't noticed that there was no dining table when I booked it. I recommend the hosts get rid of the pointless bookshelf in the living room and at least put in a small table/stools for 2 people there next to the kitchen counter. The outside area also seemed a bit shady/dirty, but inside was all clean and nice.

Travellers Nest Team have been very good with communication, accepted early check in and late check out but…

For cleanliness (as I have emailed the property does not look like it has been cleaned or been cleaned properly as per my email with photos, I dont feel like the amount paid £30 supposed for cleaners to clean for early check in and late check out is worth it, the bedsheets and towels although it has been confirmed it is washed and cleaned but does not look like clean as it looks very old it even looks like a rug, actually my rug at home looks better than the towels provided at the property, the drawers for cutleries looks dirty, the rug in the toilet and the hand towel in the kitchen looks like it has not been changed or washed, the pillows are very flat I did not have proper sleep (I know pillows will flatten if it is too old but the ones in the property could do with a new set of pillows), the sofa looks very dirty like it has never been cleaned ever and it is fluffy not even a wipeable leather/leatherette sofa so that it can easily be disinfected or cleaned.

Great communication with check in/out instructions. Clean, close to the city and comfy. Would book again
