I had booked a room at Hotel Stay Inn through Booking.com, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The staff didn’t show any manners, were talking loudly and carelessly, and the owner didn’t seem concerned at all — in fact, he was speaking even more rudely than them. No sense of hospitality. The room was dirty, smelly, and in very poor condition. I couldn’t stay there, so I left immediately. On my way out, I happened to meet a local who listened to me and said, “You’re not the first one — many people face the same issue there.” He then took me to Galaxy Inn, which honestly turned out to be the opposite experience. The manager there gave me a clean room, offered food, and was very polite and respectful. I was genuinely surprised. When I mentioned Stay Inn, the manager of Galaxy Inn just smiled and said, “We often fix their mess. Guests come here after going through that.” That really made me think… I’m not saying anything, but those who know… they know. What did you like? The respectful attitude and clean, comfortable environment at Galaxy Inn. They actually care about guests.

The experience at Stay Inn was deeply disappointing. The staff behaved rudely and had no sense of professionalism. The owner himself was no different — careless, arrogant, and showed no concern for guests. The room I was given was dirty, with a foul smell and unclean bedsheets. It felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in days. Honestly, it seemed like they just wanted to take your money and be done with it. There was no hospitality, no management, and no accountability. What really made me realize the difference was when I accidentally ended up at Galaxy Inn afterward. The contrast was so sharp that it almost felt like Galaxy Inn exists just to remind you what real service looks like. Strange, isn’t it?
