PLThe room was dirty; the bedsheets had stains all over and the toilet was in a really bad condition. Nobody was at the reception when we arrived, although they were informed about our arrival time and our short delay from the airport. Nobody answered the phone when I called. Instead, they wrote to me. I informed that we arrived but we would leave. Their question was "it's not clean?". It felt like it happens often... Since I had paid already, I asked for my invoice as requested from the beginning and accepted by them. They proposed to return the money in cash the next day but I had to cancel through booking. When I asked for further details, they just stopped answering. We travelled 12 hours to get through this and be mistreated in this way. We were lucky to find another place to stay. I never received the invoice or any money back. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. They shouldn't have such a business.
