GBThe house was clean overall and had enough facilities for a comfortable stay. It was in walking distance of all Buxton has to offer and parking was readily available on street. Overall good value.
Unfortunately the road was noisy in the evenings especially as windows had to be kept open in hot weather. The park attracted lots of teenagers past midnight and the pub beer garden was noisy but this can't be helped. The mattress on the double bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable for us which is an area that could be improved.

Upstairs shower didn’t work when main shower was working, leading to water cutting out a couple of times. On street parking wasn’t available for one guest and he had to park 100 yards away. The house wasn’t very welcoming- feel the owner could have left a bit of fresh milk in the fridge and sugar in the caddy.
