Location and the host, Adriana-very nice and responsive.

1. The place is not clean, the floor was very sticky, grimy 2. The utensils, like the Moka pot for coffee was so dirty, not washed at all. 3. There’s not even a kettle to boil water! 4. You have to use a lighter to light the gas stove-so dangerous! Can even provide a lighter gun ! 5. The whole place is dilapidated! 6. I paid for 2 nights but checked out after one.

Location was excellent and the host organised access easily. We could walk to wherever we wanted to be in the town. The apartment was clean and everything was in readiness. We did not avail ourselves of tea/coffee/ breakfast that was left available.

We had not realised that the second "bedroom" was in fact a "salotto" into which a bed had been placed - and with a large opening into the kitchen/eating area. It was not a problem for us but it may be for others.

Close proximity to the centre. Quiet and comfortable. Ease of check-in and access.

The second is room is open to the kitchen. There is no air-conditioning and only one pedestal fan that was quite noisy. No iron available within the apartment but it did have an ironing board and washing machine.

Its close to downtown and the sanctuary of the miracle of the eucharist. It has comfortable parking spot. It has all the facilities of a decent home, so i could wash some clothes and cook some simple breakfast. The owner was generous to provide us with bottled water and orange juice!
