Wifi should be included will help and flexibility in the check in and check out timing will help.

The location All staff at the actual park are worth visiting for. They are the fun and joy of the park. They are always happy to talk and very positive even after 12hr shifts. They helped to keep the parent’s spirits alive and energy flowing.

Gas cooker faulty (grill and oven) took over an hour to make pasta bake Gas heater not woking Heating would not work (radiators) No hot water in kitchen sink in mornings Mold in the shower and on the sink bathroom (this is minor but the fact that it hasn’t been cleaned / removed I’m concerned for your cleaning standards.) BROKEN BED😱😫 was given a broken bed to use for the stay. 12+hrs NO WATER- no help from phone email or text. Was told only to go to reception to be told I have to contact 3rd party! IF YOU BOOK: “No one at the park can help you with your stay as you book from a 3rd party.” Park Review: To save you money I’ll tell you about mine. Pottery painting: hidden charges!! Lack of support of staff numbers everywhere!!! No organisation! Lack of supplies! NOT WORTH MONEY! Build a bear: lovely, enjoyable, not organised! Swimming: the BEST dam thing they have! Only downside only gets an hour. Trampoline: good, nice staff Kart rental: good fun, you will regret it if you race!😅 worth the money for an hour. Play park: nice fun for kids got a water play park bit. Food within the restaurant: got a soft play area that is good for children 0-6 With this in mind older kids dominated and made it unsafe. No staff to help regulate who’s going in to play. Food within was ok. Don’t get chicken it smelled and was dry. ( I’m a cook) The shop: good and can be expensive if you don’t look at the prices e.g. one fruit shoot £1.30 single whiles 4 pack £2. Something. The fish and chip shop: UNDERSTAFFED ! Felt so bad I wanted to help. Food wasn’t great but ok.
