GBFrom the outset Liz made us feel at home. She was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The room was cosy, and we liked the choice of white bedding and robes. Facilities included a fridge with milk, water, fresh bottles of juice and two mini bottles of wine! Tea, coffee and shortbread biscuits were also provided. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The location was perfect and only a short walk (10 mins) into the centre of Wadebridge. As two females on holiday, it felt like a safe place to stay and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat close to all amenities.
GBLovely room and bed was comfortable. Location suited us perfectly, 5 minutes drive from town. Very friendly pet cat. A pint of fresh milk and small bottles of wine were placed in the mini fridge for us, nice touch. Wifi code and other local information is provided. Good off-street parking available. We will definitely stay here again.
A tin of biscuits was also available but, already open and biscuits were loose. Would preder wrapped biscuits because as a guest, you're not sure how long they've been open or who else has touched them. Same with the 2 plastic bottles of water in the fridge, which were already open and we weren't sure if they were meant for us, or left by previous guests.

Misread details at time of booking. Booking was for room only without breakfast. Suggest making it clearer in advert as ROOM ONLY BREAKFAST UNAVAILABLE
GBVery pleasant couple, went out of there way to help. Room was excellent and the room facilities of a high standard.
There was nothing not to like. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
GBA gem of a place to stay, excellent facilities in the room, sparkling clean and Wonderful hosts would definitely stay again, but you are staying in someone's home and it must be treated this way.
