A damage deposit of PHP 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PHP 2500 per pet applies. Please note that the 3 swimming pools, sauna and fitness centre have an additional charge of PHP 500 each, per day.

I have spoken to Booking.com three times over the phone on the issues I experienced at this property. I reiterate it involves THREE different reservations on your website and I demand a full refund, including the PHP10,000 I paid in cash to the owner. I have so many more texts and photos but the attachments are representative of the poor quality of service and property that we experienced We were constantly calling and texting the owner to resolve the issues, demanding our real unit that we paid for, and to fix the problems at the unit she provided, but all she did was promise after promise, while we stayed at the unit (could not leave because she kept saying we would move or she would come fix something), but never did anything.I believe there are communications also in your website where she stated that she could not move us into the true unit we paid for. If you compare the quality of that unit, with the photos of the one she moved us into, it is clearly a bait and switch scam or a situation where the quality is not what we paid for. We are absolutely demanding full refunds back for all the monies already paid, along with the deposit we paid her in cash. We are also demanding not being responsible for even partial payment despite the fact that our cancel date has passed. Clearly you do not expect us to stay in this disgusting unit when we paid for a beautiful one. Also, bear in mind that I am a Genius Level 3 client and my history shows the high caliber properties I pay for and expect. You should not allow a scammer like this into you website nor should you allow my victimization in this scam. If I do not get a full refund, I will report this to the authorities for resolution as it is a scam (bait and switch is illegal in real estate law) and I will sue to get all my monies back along with punitive. Actually we deserve compensation for all the days we had to cancel activities and appointments so we can wait on her to fix the issues which she never did. Believe m

"Terrible experience"

Host did not respond to messages and calls on arrival, we waited 2 hours only for the host to tell us there was “something wrong with the room” and asked us to move to a different building where we would need to catch a taxi to. Host then asked for a 10k peso cash deposit. We declined and moved to a hotel as it was already 9.30pm and we had no accomodation. The host has not provided a refund (under review by booking.com).
