It was very clean, modern and well equipped. It was a pity that we spent so little time in the apartment.

It was a little further from the subway than we hoped/expected. Not a real problem if you are fit, and enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten aber Glück und haben von den „Untermietern“ nicht viel mitbekommen- sie hoffentlich von uns auch nicht. Der Wasserdruck zum Duschen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - allerdings nicht negativ zu werten.

The apartment was so clean, comfortable with every details considered down to the little travel tooth paste, coffee cups, ear buds etc. The apartment was warm, spacious and homely. The check in was easy and our hosts were very responsive although we didn’t have any problems.

Depending on where you’re spending your time in New York this apartment could be hard to get to and from. It’s an hour into Manhattan or even Williamsburg by bus and subway. However we were fine with that because the apartment is a very good price and we don’t mind exploring. We also explored areas closer to the apartment like Brooklyn museum and lovely restaurant called the Lowerline.

I needed to visit my daughter in Brooklyn for a week and she said to me, "Find a place to stay BEFORE you buy your air tickets." She was correct. I was VERY LUCKY to find this apartment and it was nothing short of spectacular from the location to the quality of every item used in the refurbishment. The owner was as responsive as possible to my questions, and my stay was wonderful. I recommend this location to EVERYONE who wants a first-class experience for their stay in NY.

I wish I could find something. Maybe a suggestion to add a hook/towel bar to the rear wall of the shower for hanging wet wash cloths? I also realize that most people don't use wash cloths anymore, but you asked for something, so...

Logement parfait , propre et spacieux avec tout le confort et au calme . Notre hôte a tout fait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions . Logement à 30 min à pieds du premier métro pour accéder au centre de New York .
