We recently stayed at this property and found the layout and location to be lovely. The home is spacious and has a lot of potential to be a truly comfortable and welcoming place. However, our experience was impacted by a few challenges.

The arrival procedure was quite frustrating — we received no clear directions on how to get to the unit, which made check-in unnecessarily stressful. On our first night, we also experienced two unexpected power outages, which added to the discomfort after a long day of travel. The kitchen was generally well-equipped, but we encountered several issues: the tap was dripping, the oven light and extractor fan didn’t work, and the microwave and cupboards were dusty. Most of the cookware had burn residue, and there was no non-stick pan. A dishwasher would be more convenient than a washing machine for short-term stays, and it would be helpful to have a cutlery rack near the dish rack. We also experienced light electric shocks when touching appliances like the stove, kettle, and toaster — something that should be looked into immediately. The bedrooms had wardrobes filled with dust, and the aircon, ceiling fan, and roof light in the upstairs twin room were not working. The downstairs bathroom had a mouldy handwash bottle, and the garage door was also not functional. Wi-Fi coverage was poor, only working in the downstairs living area and not in the bedrooms.

The house is beautiful in a very nice Estate. Beautiful furniture and very comfortable. A home away from home.

No cleaning services unless you stay more than three night and they only come once. While I don’t have a problem with this if thats how they run it, I would have appreciated that they communicate this or put it in their policy. Personally I dont want to do any chores when I am on holiday. I think that is also the reason the house was not properly clean, had to sweep the living area and kitchen when we arrived. Also we found left overs from previous guest (this was a bit disturbing and a sign that the house is not well kept) The pillows are too hard 😫. Was told a deposit is needed a day before check in also after I was the one who called to enquire about the key, this information should also be made to guests. Imagine if we did not have extra money 😫. NO WIFI as stated here which was the most disappointing as it is the main reason we booked the house. Places like that often don’t have signal and we depend on WIFI to watch TV and communicate. Dont say they is WIFI when its not there. Since they dont clean maybe they should consider a dishwasher. 🙏🏽

The house is beautiful and clean.

The deposit that was required on the day of check in that I did not know about. The staff did not have Google locations and had to rely on the security for directions. No WiFi was provided for us.

The house had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. It s in the estate not to far from the club house.

Back door is a problem, regarding bugs and rain.
