USOur vacation in this hotel was unfortunately extremely unsuccessful, and the main reason is the disgusting communication with both the owner of the apartment and the staff at the reception. 1. Unexpected hidden fees and ignoring customers. The owner of the apartment did not warn us in advance about an additional fee - Resort Fee of $44 per night, this information was not mentioned in the description or in correspondence. The hotel representative at the front desk named Jessica also said nothing about it at check-in - it was only about the deposit. When my card was suddenly charged $352, we contacted her for clarification. The response was shocking: "I don't have time to explain, contact another employee." Another representative referred us to the owner of the apartment via booking.com, but the owner simply ignored our messages and never provided any clarity. 2. Behavior of the receptionist. I would especially like to note incompetence and frankly rude behavior of Jessica. She does not know how to communicate with customers, interrupts, does not listen, often just walks away from the dialog and ignores people. This behavior was observed not only by us, but also by other guests. 3. Technical problems and lack of help. My son had a broken bracelet that is used to open doors and call the elevator. He could not get to his room and had to walk up to the 30th floor several times! We contacted Jessica three times. She issued a new wristband, but it didn't work either. Each time we were told, "Wait, it will work later." But it never did. The problem was not solved by any other employee. Complete absurdity for a hotel that positions itself as a comfortable place to rest. 4. The organization of the beach is also a failure. At the slightest breeze, beach umbrellas are forbidden to use "for safety reasons", although the weather was quite normal. As a result, there is no choice: either burn in the sun or leave.
USThe property has a great location and breath taking views. I like the setup and the modern furniture.
Pillows were flat in need of replacement.
