DEDie Unterkunft liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, mitten in einer der schönsten Gegenden von Arrecife. Parkmöglichkeiten sind problemlos vorhanden – wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Dieser befindet sich nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.
In der Unterkunft ist eine leichte Feuchtigkeit bemerkbar, daher ist es hilfreich, die Fenster gelegentlich gekippt zu lassen. Aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit bleiben die Handtücher oft feucht und trocknen nur schwer.
