One Oasis Condo 2 Bedroom Free Pool & Wifi Beside SM City Mall

Never again!! Security needs a lesson in being polite and an asset to the public I have NEVER experienced such rudeness from what is supposed to be a safety issue I strongly regret staying here again!!

Customer interface and communication was good.

Cleanliness was abysmal. Sofa set grubby with many marks of previous occupants why not at the least put clean covers on it.. Toilet set and lid broken. Parking spot I booked was occupied and had to wait for another space to be made available.

The convenience of being very close to the mall.

Things are old and broken. The shower door got out of the grove, shower head fell apart, toilet and sink not clean.

Close the SM mall and had mineral water and dispenser.

Dirty, no basic items like toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen towel, hand towels in the bathroom, not enough shampoo and soap. No laundry detergent. All those items had to be requested when we arrived. Nobody came to orient us. Kitchen pans were broken. Shower door would get out of rail. Host did not respond to our text after I wanted to cancel.

Location. Accessible to the mall.

Towels were not absorbent. Exhaust was not working. The place was dusty. Aircons were not cold enough. Kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly (very oily) when we arrived. Always being logged out on Netflix.
