NOStaff were responsive and helpful. Included a lot of sundries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush). Rooms were kept clean and tidy each day. Airconditioning and fans kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Excellent value for money.
The neighbourhood was a little noisy, but this was likely due to Tet celebrations; the last few nights were peaceful and quiet. The bathroom sink was leaking, but they fixed it quickly. The beds were a bit hard for my liking, but this is personal preference.
