Plenty of places to sleep

Toilet/shower/sink upstairs did not work. Was not overly clean location. Not fast response from owners.

Beds were quite comfortable, bedding clean

Shower downstairs broken Nowhere near enough cutlery and crockery for the 8 of us. 1 teaspoon, 2 knives, 4 spoons, 4 bowls, although they did eventually deliver us some new cutlery. Rang number given to us and nobody answered eventually got a call back Ensuite extractor not working Dirty bath mats Dirty Lots of rubbish at front of property Garden untidy and dangerous big holes for children Venetian blinds in main bedroom don't close properly, so full daylight in at 4am. Rubbish in kitchen bin No bowls to serve anything in Very steep stairs to a basement bedroom not great for 8 month pregnant daughter No toilet access for 2 of the upstairs bedrooms as there's just an ensuite and the bathroom is down steep stairs to off the kitchen Main bedroom has bed right next to a fully opening window dangerous for children Grandson opened wardrobe and it toppled forward, luckily I managed to stop it All wardrobes and drawers were so unsafe as they do easily pull over, so dangerous for children No games console Broken garden chair Was meant to be a little luxury before sons wedding

Plenty of bedrooms, easy location to find, it suited our needs exactly, great communication from the hosts.

We had some issues which have been addressed with the hosts direct and they have been very reactive so I'm sure they will be sorted.

Does what it needs. Cheap and cheerful

It’s very basic. Thought check in time was quite late check out time was very early
