The room is clean, cozy, with free drinking water and few sachets of coffee, shampoo, soap, and any other household essentials. The swimming pool is big enough for maybe 20 people, and there's a kiddie pool too. I also love that it has a washing machine with spin/dry, and that all the appliances there are functioning well. The location of the condo is perfect; it's near to a Catholic church, near to major shopping malls. One doesn't have to cross the street if one wants pampering or selfcare because there are beauty salons, pharmacy (with available doctor every Tue-Thurs-Sat if one needs to be seen by a doctor), there's restaurant and food stalls too (but sells mostly Filipino foods only), an ATM, 7/11 convenience store, bakeshop, money remittance, etc.

the TV remote control was missing so we bought a cheap universal remote control, and a ladle for making soup.

Affordable, easily accessible to SM City (walking distance to SM). Near the heart of Cebu city and close-by to Fuente Osmeña Circle. The property exceed my expectations because it was clean, comfy, cozy, and the place makes you feel at home and secure. We had no problems whatsoever with checking in. It's a straight shot from Cebu South Bus and the nearby amenities of 7-Eleven, ATMs, and Potato Corner downstairs makes it even more so. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. The location is nice and has many places to eat just outside the premises.

My only major annoyance is that the stairs are "emergency use" only. That means if you use the stairs, you can't access any of the other floors as there are no handles on the doors. So, you can only go to the ground exit which is behind the building. The side of the building I was on only had one working elevator for 20 floors. My place was on the second floor, rather than just walking up one flight, I had to wait in the unventilated and hot hallway for five minutes for the elevator. I admit that I don't know the regulations for residential buildings in the Philippines, but it feels ridiculous that the stairs aren't just free to use as an alternative for those who don't want to wait for the elevator.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The room had everything needed including things like a big bottle of water. The room was really comfy thanks to a nice bed and AC. TV had lots of streaming services too. It's relatively close to the center of Cebu therefore most things are easily accessible by walking. The price is really good for the overall experience.

The view from my room wasn't good. Sometimes in the morning there was a bad smell coming from outside. Sometimes you could hear the cars from the parking lot. A presentation paper explaining how the hotel and its activities work would be a nice plus.
