New! Luxury Apt with Pool, Roof Deck, Fitness Center, King Bed

Ausstattung und Lage echt toll.

Handtücher und Geschirr leider zum Teil etwas verschmutzt. Wir haben Geschirr und Besteck erstmal abgewaschen. Alles andere war aber echt schön.

Schöne, komfortable Wohnung. Zweite oder dritte Person müssen auf der Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Ausstattung gut, Apartment sehr großzügig. Schöne Dachterrasse, Pool vorhanden (haben wir nicht benutzt). Die Hotspots von Philadelphia sind in wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. In der Umgebung kleine Bäckerei beziehungsweise Kiosk. Parkgarage gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Netter Kontakt, immer kurzfristig erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Preis für Tiefgarage war sehr üppig. Das haben wir zum Beispiel in Central Washington bei ähnlichen Appartements/Wohnungen deutlich günstiger bzw. bei ähnlichem Apartmentpreis inkludiert erlebt. Aber das Auto ist eben gut aufgehoben – muss jeder selber wissen.

We loved this apartment. It was perfect for us, a couple travelling with our teenage son. The area was nice and it was an easy walk to bus routes and the historic area.

Everything was spotless!!! We were in Philadelphia during a major heatwave, it was nice to be able to take advantage of the indoor gym and pool. Our host was super communicative and friendly, his apartment was very well equipped (washing detergent, toiletries, coffee…), which is not that granted elsewhere. We were really happy there and felt at home.

The only negative thing maybe for light sleepers: there is quite some noise from the nearby highway and also light coming in through the blinds.
