Extravagant 2 BR/2 BA Apartment

It was very roomy and well equipped

The toilets could of been cleaner Also the stopper in the tank of the toilet in main bedroom needs replaced

100% recommended. Clean, spacious, easy to reach host. This place is what you'd expect if you paid double of what your actually charged. Couldn't find one thing wrong, even being petty. All was great!

Very spacious, clean & well kept. Served our needs very well -- appreciated that it was a quick 15min or so drive to the Savannah Historic District, which was the focus of our trip. Nice quiet property, close to a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping & other amenities.

My only negative comment is that it is a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator.

Love the location. Very clean. Great pool. Comfortable. I have stayed here before and it was so nice that I returned.

No hangers. Toaster broken. Toilet insides need replacement because it constantly runs. The stairs up to the apartment are so filthy.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, nearby to tons of stores and restaurants. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Plenty of towels and clean linens. Smart TVs in every room.

I only had a few very minor complaints with the apartment itself: ice maker didn’t work, no hangers in the closets, and the dryer was extremely slow to dry clothes. Nothing major at all. The apartment complex, however, was a disappointment. The dumpster is near to this apartment and it was overflowing and very smelly. The stairs and entrances were very dirty and littered with cigarette butts. There were frequently people smoking weed and drinking on the stairs. All the neighbors we encountered were very friendly, just something to be aware of if this bothers you.

Close to shops and Savanah. Well stocked.

The steps. If you plan your day, one trip up and down, it's not bad. Could use a pasta strainer.

The apartment is in a perfect location, but very private. The grounds are lovely and the pool excellent. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and easy to operate tvs. I hate to tell everyone how nice it is. I will definitely return.

The property was very roomy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was a very pretty view from the balcony.

I didn't realize the apartment was on the third floor. Due to my age the climbing was difficult. The steps were quite dirty with food, cigarettes, and a broken plastic glass. Once I reached the third floor, I was greeted by a pit bull in a crate. That dog was quiet, but there was another one in the apartment next to us that had a ferocious bark at times when we would come and go. One evening when we returned, the apartment smelled like marijuana. It seemed to be an overflow from the apartment next door and was drawn in through the air conditioning. The apartment itself was perfect. Just the traveling from parking lot to the apartment was a little unnerving.
