We loved the convenience of the location, the apartment has everything you will need and more for family stay. We appreciated the convenience of walking downstairs to the coffee shop and to the gym which is right next door!

A small coffee/side table would be so great in-the lounger.

Nothing to be honest

We paid for an apartment but got another place which was completely awful.

Although the keys are handled by security, they were very helpful and friendly. The place is brand new and the location close to Century City Mall is a bonus.

We were quite disappointed with our stay, as the experience did not align with what was advertised. The unit we were given was not the same as the one shown in the photos, which felt misleading. On arrival, the building’s security was unsure about our booking and initially directed us to a different location, which added to the confusion. The promised view was also misrepresented — instead of what was shown, our unit overlooked a construction site. Some listed amenities were missing, including a dishwasher, and the "toiletries" amounted to just one unspecified bottle of soap in the shower. One of the bathrooms had a persistent, unpleasant odour, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, we were first allocated two parking bays located quite far from the entrance. While we were eventually given a closer spot later in the evening, this could have been arranged from the start to avoid the inconvenience. Although we did our best to enjoy the stay, these issues impacted our overall experience.

The property On Park contacted me before my arrival, I was given instruction on how to get to the apartment at On Park and where to get the keys etc.

The apartment is On Park, not Nine Palms. Do they belong to the same company? I don't know. They are next to each other, but different. On Park doesn't have pond, water figures nearby. The deco inside the apartment was also different from the photos shown in the ads here.

Close to many amenities and stores. If you know your way around or not, it is just the perfec location. Amazing views to Ratanga Park, city and mountains.

The fact that you only get one set of keys. Therefore, everyone has to go in and out at the same time 😏

Nothing ,because that was something I never paid for.

I booked this place , but to my surprise, when I got there, the security guy told me the room I booked is not in that facility. I had to phone to find out what is happening, only to be told they switched places. That was not good at all. When I booked the place, I checked lots of things, and now to be given another place without my consent is undermining. They told us to go to On Park apartments of which I did not book. That place ,the passage, was smelling weeds the whole 5 nights.We couldn't open the windows because of the horrible smell.It was even hard to be in that elevator. People are making noise. There was no mountain view as promised.
