"Exceptional"

Very comfortable and we found it was quiet. Very close the tram and bus to downtown. We stayed at the Park and Ride Science Centre and took the bus. Very cheap daily parking. Our host was excellent and very helpful.

The stairs are steep but didn’t cause us any problems.

"Clean and quiet"

The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a refrigerator. I stayed for a week and feel happy I found this place.

Very hospitable, with coffee, tea and fruit in the room. The photos are very true to the accommodation and to the view. It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

As often with Dutch architecture, there are steep, narrow stairs, but it's worth the climb.
