LoveNest Genova - Acquarium 50m

When I booked the room I was text to if I can come earlier and no one answered.he have to come at 2pm but he was there at 2:30 so I was waiting for 2 hours in front of the lock door with my all stuffs ....

Lack of order and respect for the passenger's waiting time

location is nice

it was shocking that one person entered the apartment two times in the night using our bathroom and opening our door, although we rented a separate private apartment

Well located. Andrea, the host was lovely. He was a bit late because of another check in elsewhere and bought us breakfast to compensate, very sweet.

Very noisy at night, until 12-1am

really good location; owner is a really nice guy

pillow cover a bit musty, but sofa cushion was quite ok.

Close to bus for cruise terminal.

4 flights of stairs.

The property is located within the city centre and is in a great location to get to the local sites and attractions. The host is also nice and offered us a free complimentary breakfast

Although it says no Wi-Fi on booking.com, the owner then gave us access to the house Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi only worked for a day and we then had no access to it for the next three days. I contacted the owner who said he would get to it but never did. The property wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t really dirty either. it was just the bathroom and kitchen needed more of a clean.
