"Exceptional property, finished with perfection and comfortable furniture"

The location is excellent and the view on to the beach was exceptional. The flat is very well designed and clean with maintenance done to the finest detail. The property is well looked after and maintained.

There no internet connection as I had to stay on track of my business and found it difficult to communicate important email the had to be sent.

"My stay at 401 Bermuda"

Everything was just perfect. Elsbeth is always accommodating. The helpers were super friendly. The unit was super clean and neat. The views are stunning. The balcony is to die for.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is no wifi and no generators for loadshedding. I would have liked more seating on the balcony like extra patio sets since the balcony is gigantic.

The view

No wifi despite the listing confirming the unit had wifi. It resulted in us spending thousands of Rands in hotspotting. False advertising. I would like to be compensated. The windows don't have handles on. The toilet seats are broken. Only half of the gas "braai" works. There's ants in the kitchen. The plaster in the walls is peeling. Not a positive stay at all.

The views were amazing! Loved the kitchen watching the sea while cooking. Very comfortable lounge and comfy beds all with sea views. Very neat and clean apartment. Right on the beachfront. Wanted to stay forever! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Elsbeth and Annamie were wonderful.

Loved everything but it would be great if some little plastic beach deck chairs were supplied and with such a large patio a small patio lounge suite to chill on and read would be nice.

Stunning uninterrupted sea views! Comfortable and very neat! New and beautiful interior. Everything you need . Easy access to the beach. Gas Braai is a plus.

- Master could use a king size bed - no WiFi - Possibly invest in a small inverter - no bath for smaller kids
