I was sent the wrong infor pack the one I got was for a propriety in Matlock hence I could not get in and had to call a number that was in the pack and hope for the best. The post code for sat nav in the pack sent me to Matlock

Location, location, loved the location.

Instructions clear and easy to follow - biscuits were a lovely touch and appreciated after a long drive. Def stay again.

The fridge - it froze everything- ham, cheese, cucumber and milk. Would be handy to have instructions on how to work oven

Beautiful apartment, loved the decor. Great location and so comfortable.

Only slight moan was the towels. Quite small, could hardly get around my waist.

Every thing we needed, close to arena and town centre, clean and decorated well

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location.

It had an odour when we arrived of the previous guests spicy cooking which wasn't very pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom is sub optimal and despite owner recommendations it wasn't good enough. The cold tap represented a dribble and the shower just way way sub par. The towels were too small and more like hand towels.
