The Fifth Quarters, Grade II Listed Apartment, The Lace Market, NG1, City Centre, Nottingham, Sleeps 4

My friend and I stayed in this apartment and we were blown away with how gorgeous it was, the decor and furnishings are perfect and the additions such as coffee, biscuits and washing up liquid added a great finishing touch. Access to the building was no problem, the host provided all the necessary info prior to check in and is friendly and responsive to messages. Thank you so much, we loved staying there and would definitely recommend it :)

Not a bad word to be said about this place, it's the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in.

The location is excellent, the apartment is easy to find and access, it’s well appointed and there are a number of car parks nearby.?

There wasn’t much space with the sofa bed in use.

Location was excellent and although there was no parking there is a 24/7 car park just around the corner for £21 per day.

Property description said fully air conditioned apartment however there was no air conditioning. Also said city views but our apartment overlooked the dumpsters no city views. Also found it a little noisy at 6:20am when bins are collected and people stomping around upstairs.

Information ahead of arrival. Right in the Lace Market. Easy to collect keys and enter. Decent bathroom

Disgusting bed and pillow linen; used and dirty, with stains, hairs, etc. Very dirty apartment floor, including smoking paper, piercings, and so on. Found rests of food in the kitchen. Apartment overlooks interior alley with large trash bins, pick up noise woke us up at 5-6am. Uncomfortable ottoman bed for two adults, dirty and full of crumbs (my daughter had to sleep crouching in the sofa). Horrible first night experience for my family, we told the hosts and they insisted on us staying “for a chance to make it right”; we had already given one choosing them and were not going to risk another horrible night. We left with two nights pending to last minute more expensive places, even when they refused to cancel after we showed them the pictures (enclosed) and explained the horrible experience.
