Relaxing Rustic Oasis, Unit A - 6 minute walk to Downtown! Pet-friendly & Cyclists Welcome!

Once I was at the house, it was a good location for a night. There is a coffee shop and restaurant with a bar basically on the block, so no need to walk long distances. I was able to bring my bike inside and prepare for the rest of my journey in a safe, comfortable place.

The description does not mention that there is an extra $15 charged by the verification service for the "convenience". It also attempted to upsell me twice with insurance coverage and requires a $500 credit authorization for damages if you don't accept. I've never seen anything like this before, and I've stayed in a lot of private rentals. At the very least, the required fee should be mentioned in the listing description. Also, verification from the GAP trail is often nearly impossible until arrival in the town because of a lack of cell service in the surrounding area. I'll also mention that the bed frame was quite squeaky and the coil spring mattress at my time of stay was more comfortable than camping, but showing its age.

Good use of an old building! Code locks on the doors. Clean and neat! Able to book my stay online. Good instructions for what to do to check out. Cleaned up, took off the sheets, made sure I had all of my things and went off to my day of activity with family who stayed in the second floor apartment. We were able to park next door, off of the street.

Didn’t have a coffee pod for morning coffee. If I had known, I would have brought one with me.

Unit was clean, decor was great and was in very good location. We were within walking distance of just about everything. Also nice to have a parking spot.

Outside back door could have been nicer. There were weeds and poison ivy back there.

Location was right near walking distance to where we needed to be for cocktails and food. The bed is comfy. We loved having an actual kitchen and two separate sofas to lounge on. 1st floor made it super easy to let our two dogs out.

Parking. Our SUV with a bike rack just fit in the nearest spot to the alley the room faces. Being close to town made it seem like that didn’t matter really.
