The location is absolutely the best very close to Malasana and Gran Via. Close to bars and a nice area with plenty of restaurants.

It is an apartment in an old building where other companies have airbnb's and rentals. The first night that I slept there, someone in the apartment right above where I was, started to move furniture around and possibly setting up a sofa bed around 4 am, without stopping until 5 am. I contacted the rental company. They answered the next day. The second night: People got to the building at 5 am from party singing out loud, speaking out loud, laughing out loud without respecting the sleep of others. Third night people got to the building at 6am, knocking on doors, ringing the main bell and walking and laughing out loud. Again zero respect for other people in the building. I stayed there three sleepless nights because other people. My suggestion is, talk to the other rental companies and enforce a quiet time since even on vacations customers need to sleep and rest.

We liked the ease of getting the keys and even more the freedom given to us to check out. Furthermore, the person who gave us the keys explained well how the stay worked. Messages sent via WhatsApp also made finding the location much easier. Very close to bars, museums, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, facilities such as hygiene and cleaning products for the first day of accommodation were available free of charge. The apartment also had a hairdryer, iron and materials to keep the place clean. 10 out of 10.

Place looked exactly as in photos. Small but good enough for 1-2 people. Best thing we liked about it is the perfect location. A lot of places within walking distance. And also at least 3-4 metro stations in 600m radius. And it’s very quiet inside the apartment
