422 Estudio en Minerva Apartamentos- Vistas al jardín - Piscina y Playa

The apartment has a good location, about 15 min. walk from the beach and a little more from the marina, not far from Arroyo de la Miel and the train station. There's a good supermarket just round the corner and an even better one a bit farther away. I also liked the view of the garden, sea and mountains, which is not blocked by any other tall buildings. I enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony (February). The kitchen is basic, but had everything I needed for self-catering. The bathroom has good lighting, plenty of hot water and a rack where you can put all your stuff.

I didn't like the way sounds traveled in the building in general, and specifically the very thin walls to the apartments next door, which gave me a couple of sleepless nights.

No washer, no basics supplied like in many other apartments in Minerva

The area

Bad olor in the apt smell like urine. I clean the bathroom but the bad olor never went away also they been smoking in the apartment.

Bed very hard

Double bed & sofa bed could be better with twin single beds that’s all really
