Lovely 4-day break, spacious, well-kept, caravan. Entertainment evenings were exceptional with enthusiasm from all staff members, singing dancing, competitions great fun, and the kids and adults all joined in!. Pool staff were great, Holly & Toby, especially my grand daughter, was telling her mum to be a shark and chase her so Toby did mo more than blow up an inflatable shark and give it to them to play the game with, attentive and considerate staff who truly engage with the customers. We will definitely be going back and are considering even investing in a lodge at the site.

It was very clean and tidy. A little bit Smelly, almost dampish musky smell. Understand that may be due to not being used etc, but an air freshener or automatic ones put around may help.

We couldn’t get the tv to work at all, due to no internet connection and no information on how to connect. DVD player provided, but not useable due to what appears, a cd stuck inside and couldn’t get out. Not a nice smell within property, upholstery may need a clean or air fresheners placed around property. Some utensils, cutlery drawer not very clean. The information sent out prior to our stay with all details was useful, however, states that it has a gas fire which it isn’t. It’s actually an electric fan fire with a remote. So I was sat for a while trying to figure out how to work it, then I saw the remote. Updated information would have saved time. Parking off road is fine as only few feet away from caravan but then there is no path around to steps and when muddy and wet we were walking that into van. This was slippy at times. A path would be ideal. Otherwise, a lovely caravan, very pleased with how tidy it was.

Lovely little weekend away! Great value for money, one of the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on, let alone in a caravan 👌🏽 thanks very much.

Breakfast n/a . Location acceptable, nice area but difficult to access beach.

Caravan sited wrong way round to take advantage of veranda as always in shade. Key box at floor level. Had to get down on hands and knees to access. Luckily I'm fit 82 Yr old.
