"Value for money, lovely welcome in a very quiet Area a short walk from the city centre. I would stay again."

The best thing about this property is the price the warm welcome. Room was nice and clean with some snacks and coffee and sugar much needed. The house was pretty quiet and the shed bathroom was kept nice and clean with toiletries and lots of hot water,

There’s always things to find that isn’t likable, but the good things made up for anything that was bad. A lovely welcome when we arrived and when we checked out with a lovely smile, took any of the bits that we didn’t like away straight away.
