Location excellent, host fine friendly easy to find, room comfy microwave and kettle in the room with a fridge. Bed was comfy and large. Would stay again recommend for the price :-)

Nothing to dislike

I like that the family was very welcoming , nice and friendly. There was a private fridge and microwave which was good. And so much nibbles too.

It was quite hot, but this wasn’t the host fault. There was just a heat wave and they were nice to provide a standing fan.

The hosts were very kind and helpful.

I felt very welcome and they made every effort to accommodate me at every point.

Nothing.

The accommodation was both affordable and in good condition. It was a good place for me at the right time, which I appreciate. The hosts made it clear they were available if needed, and I had good interactions with them. They also offered me plenty of consumables, which wasn't necessary, but a nice gesture nonetheless.

While it didn't affect me, I can see how people may find the sound insulation poor if people were being noisy in the next room.

Cosy and plenty of snacks

Location was our main priority (i.e. walking distance to Manchester Co-op Live Arena) and in that respect it was excellent, 20 mins walk along well lit streets. In addition, it was a really pleasant place to stay. Nice room, very clean, lovely family who were always on hand if you needed anything. Tea, coffee and a large range of biscuits/snacks had been left for us which was much appreciated. Highly recommended, will definitely use again on our next visit to a Co-op Live event.
