It is a 2 floor apartment, cosy and from price perspective it’s is also absolutely competitive. The landlady speaks English very well, which is rare in Sicily. Parking is also easier on the streets than typically, though it can be still a nightmare.

"2 floors apartment with Siciliano style"

Extremely lovely apartment with very good location. Apartment fully furnished and renovated, with lots of lovely decorations. We felt like we were living in house of our relatives in Sicily. Totally recommend!

"Perfect place in Catania for stay 😍"

If you are looking for a place in Catania- This please is just perfect. The owner is lovely, she made me feel very welcomed, she is very helpful and has assisted me with so many things. Truly an amazing person. Flat is very big and spacious, in a perfect location right next to Corso Italia and few minutes walk from Villa Bellini and Via Etnea.

If you will come in summer the mosquitos 🦟 are savage. They did come inside the downstairs bedroom.
