Marbella luxury brand new 2-bedroom apartment, 3 min walk to the beach!

The property was extremely well upkept and very modern. There was 3 of us in the group and we found we had so much space! All the facilities within the apartment were amazing. It was such a short walk to the Old Town and to the beach so the location was perfect. The pool was really quiet and was never any trouble to get a sun lounger. Amazing place and host was lovely! Would 100% stay again and recommend!

Abolutely beautiful modern apartment equipped with everything you need. I would like to live there and never leave this place again. If I will be coming back to this resort I don't even intend to look for another place. The location is great close to the beach, restaurants, stores. Beautiful terrace, perfect to eat a meal on it and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Beautiful dishes, well equipped kitchen. Everything perfect may it be so whenever we return there :)

For people without a car it may be a problem to return the Keys 11 km away from the apartment. For us it wasnt a problem.

This is a new property and is finished off to the highest standard. The air conditioning is quiet and effective. The owners had arranged for chilled water and a complimentary bottle of time to greet us which was a nice touch. The flat is well equipped. It also felt very secure as the complex is gated. The owners were very helpful with any queries we had regarding collection of keys etc and very quick to respond.

We felt that perhaps there could be more foliage placed to the sides of the balcony to provide a little more privacy from the neighbouring balconies. Finally (and this is obviously a matter for the management of the complex rather than the owners of this particular apartment) but the provision of sunbeds around the pool would be a nice addition.

High quality apartment in a well designed and maintained apartment complex with spacious swimming pool,. Air conditioning zone system easy to operate and ensured relief on the hottest of days.

Key collection and return cumbersome

Key collection and drop off from property manager was a hassle

Location is nice, easy walk into the old town! Apartment was really great, very comfortable, very clean was a really nice stay. Hosts/owner very helpful

Collection of the keys a bit of a pain, especially dropping off as we were then staying in Marbella so had to get a roundtrip taxi just to return the keys, would have been better to have left them in the apartment. Also 1 set of keys was not enough for 3 people
