住宿空間很大，房間像短租的公寓式套房，有廚房、浴室、獨立廁所、洗曬空間，回到房間有回到家的感覺，房間的窗簾拉開，就可以看到河景，很漂亮。地點也很棒，距離路電站很近，即使徒步也能沿著商店街走到原爆公園。雖然是無接觸的check in 和check out，但完全不會太困難，事前提供的說明很清楚。
