Great location, well appointed property, 2 pools on the premises. Amazing natural common areas and local amenities.

When we arrived there was no water supply to the apartment.. This was remedied within a reasonable time. The explanation we received was that someone had left a water tap open and had run down the water supply. The following day we arrived home from a day at the beach to find that once again there was no water supply to the apartment. This time the explanation was that the pump to fill the water tank was not working and that a plumber would be needed to fix the problem. There was no immediate prospect of getting a plumber in on a Saturday evening. However, shortly after some queries with the on-site manager the water supply was restored. Despite this development we chose to vacate the property before our second booked night because we felt the water supply, and consequently the ability to wash dishes, flush toilets, etc, could but be counted on.

We had a great stay! The property and apartment are beautiful, and our kids really enjoyed both pools. The public beach in Akumal is just a short drive away – overall, the apartment is perfect for guests with a car. Without one, it might be a bit less convenient. All in all, a wonderful stay – likely not our last!

We could have used a few more items like cutting knives and a cutting board in the kitchen

You sent your picture, car plates 20 minutes before your arrival and get a code to enter the security gate without any waiting or problem. The host is an amazing person very welcoming and please. If you do not have a car he can give you a ride from the airport to his place (very reasonable ). This is a luxury apartment, it is fully equiped. If you are planning a long or short stay this is perfect, you are within walking distance to the golf course, to the beach...it is just perfect.

Nothing, this is an amazing place and has nothing wrong.
