Lokacija je odlična, do centra grada malo šetnje i 2 stanice metrom M3. Jako velika terasa. Odlična i brza komunikacija s domaćinom. Nova zgrada. Nismo koristile parking, ali je odličan dodatak jer se parking nalazi u garaži pa je na sigurnom.

Premalo posuđa u kuhinji. Pomoćni ležaji neudobni.
