Pentru noi a fost bine. Nu suntem foarte pretentiosi si putem intelege unele minusuri care apar atunci cand apartamentele sunt date pentru închiriere. Am stat doar o noapte si pentru noi a fost ok. Este intr-o zona linistita. Blocul este nou si foarte frumos.

The location is really good. It was clean and well equipped.

The apartment is small for 9 people. There was nor enough space to spend time at one time.

- very easy to check in after 3 pm - 1 free parking slot in a garage - good WiFi - clean apartament - equipped kitchen with everything - the sofas are extensible and the apartament can easily be booked for 10 people if you don’t mind sleeping 3/4 people in a single room. We were a group of 9 and had no problems. - best price/quality

- minor problems that I told the host and she said she didn’t know about them but will fix them as soon as possible.

- Comunicarea cu gazdele: 1. Am cerut check-in mai devreme și ne-a fost refuzat. La ora 14:50 am întrebat când ni se vor furniza informațiile pentru check-in și ne-a comunicat că mai târziu decât ora 15, cea oficială pentru începerea check-in. A fost nevoie să îi spunem că vom contacta Booking în caz contrar, iar atunci am primit informațiile cu fix 1 minut înaintea orei 15. 2. FRIGUL - extraordinar de frig, mai ales într-unul dintre dormitoare, în care nu există întrerupător pentru electricitate și nici termostat, motiv pentru care este foarte frig. Am cerut gazdei să ne ajute și a refuzat, susținând că în apartament sunt 23 de grade, deși am dormit îmbrăcați și acoperiți cu două plapume. 3. "Curățenia" era făcută superficial.

Very good location, close to the metro stop, close to the train station, underground parking, large apartment, comfortable even for 9 people. Well equipped, two nice bathrooms, comfortable large beds, a bit worse with extra beds. There are elevators in the building and it is a new building. I did not have direct contact with the owner, but communication with her went without the slightest problems. Everything was in the best order, next time I am in Budapest I will definitely be in the same apartment.
