Seri Inap - Residensi Hijauan Seksyen 22

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and overall, the place itself was quite pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also closed to the place I need to be.

However, the check-in procedure was unnecessarily complicated. What really disappointed me was the host's lack of initiative. Despite knowing that I was coming with two cars, the host only provided one set of access cards. This meant we had to constantly swap cards and go to the security post just to let the other car in, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The security personnel made things worse. They were rude and had difficulty understanding Malay or English, which created further confusion. Even when we followed the host's instructions, they refused to let the second car in without hassle. This stay could have been a much better experience with improved communication, more thoughtful hosting (like providing two sets of keys/cards), and friendlier, better-trained security staff.

It was a good stay here. The unit was absolutely fantastic. Im traveling with group of 6, it was very convenient for us. Facilities at top notch too. Would love to stay at same properties again in future. ❤️
