Great location for Bicton Horse Trails. Nice size bedrooms, well equipped.

Well equipped and all very modern. Stylish decor.

The arrival arrangements. We had been given a door code but this wasn't for our property - it was for the main house where the owner lived. Eventually we found the door to our property with the keys in the door. We hadn't been told to expect this. There was another property upstairs and it would be useful to have a name plate on each cottage to avoid any mix up. The upstairs property was booked out the next day and when they arrived, the people had exactly the same problem of access as we did. Also it tells you to drive past a dilapidated barn - it doesn't exist so the directions need updating! The settee in the Lounge was not very comfortable and could only seat 2. There was only one other chair so seating for 3 when the property is marketed for 4. The lounge unfortunately has a poor outlook.

The coach house was in a beautiful location.

Fabulous accommodation. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. Location ideal. Would stay again.

Good location, clean facilities and the place itself was very nice

Noise from the property above was very obvious and is the only criticism Could hear the family moving around and the noise carried straight through

Facilities and location was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Shower excellent. Excellent motorcycle parking and the surrounding area is beautiful. Lovely wood stove for cool nights.
