Great location, very private with beautiful decor

The location is way more convenient than i thought. Literally a 2 minute walk from the busy street in Bukchon after you get off at Radio M. There are many cafes and shops, all with a tradition touch which is very different from busy districts like myeongdong and hongdae. The place gets super quite at night as we got back at around 10 to 11ish every night, which is very peaceful. The hotel itself is very cozy and warmy with ambient lights and very nice designs. It is also very clean and comfy and you got individual access to the hanok yourself, which means the hanok is all for yourself! Access is convenient and although i dont get to meet the owner and the team throughout the stay, they are willing to help and answered by requests and questions swiftly via the booking.com messenger. They even helped me changed the towel daily but cleaning is not offered except if u pay an additional costs. The projector in the hanok is fabulous and i love looking at the little courtyard designed with nice lighting! i will defenitely revisit the place and probably try out some other hanoks operated by this group! And i almost forgot! the bath tub is HUGE!! will take u super long to fill it up with water (Say over an hour) but can definitely fit in over 3 ppl!

The water pressure of the shower is a bit weak, mainly probably due to its traditional location. Air con sometimes get a bit cold as we are sitting under the air con and one of our guests is sleeping in the sofa. Other than this, others are fab!!

Great location, beautiful accommodation, clean and all required facilities are available

Everything was super easy. Check in was simple, place was nice and quiet away from the main street. It was super cold but the room and bathroom was warm with heated floor. Bed and pillows were also just right. And the tub was more like a mini pool. Took a while to fill but once filled super enjoyable. Especially with the bath salts given. Will definitely stay there again when we are back.

I love my experience in this little hanok. It feels very new with all the necessities. The hanok is spotlessly clean with quality amenities, the Bose speaker and the projector worked very well and added a nice touch to our stay. I especially love the bath. It’s such a special experience. There’s also a lot to explore in this unique neighbourhood, while being very convenient to connect to the whole city.

We loved our stay here. Just a few things that could be improved- There’s a hole (about 10*10 cm) on the wall behind the decorative screen wall, thus it’s a bit cold during the night. But once we used some cardboard blocking the wind coming from that hole, it felt warm. The shower glass screen was not sealed and not big enough. So the floor (and maybe even the toilet) gets wet after showers. Night light in the bathroom that can’t be turned off was a bit bright. If you’re sensitive to light, you might want to bring an eye mask for sleeping. Not a problem for us, but can be for some people - cars can’t drive to the front of the property and there’re few stairs to get in. It’s not very difficult but could potentially be a problem.
