Please note that alcohol consumption is prohibited at the property (bedrooms). No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. • To facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out process, please provide us with your anticipated arrival and departure times. (Should you require flexibility in your check-in or check-out times, kindly communicate your preferences, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.) • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please promptly inform us of any changes to your plans. • Prior to your arrival at the property, please send us a message approximately one hour in advance to allow our team sufficient time to prepare. While immediate check-in cannot be guaranteed in case of a delay beyond the agreed time, we will strive to expedite the process as much as possible. • Kindly notify us in advance of any special requests regarding sleeping arrangements, the need for a baby cot, highchair, or any other specific requirements to enhance your stay. Timely communication enhances the likelihood of fulfilling your requests. • As per the Organic Law of Protection of Public Safety, Spanish tourism accommodations mandate the registration of guest entries. Therefore, we kindly request the prompt forwarding of copies of all guests' passports. Failure to comply may affect the check-in process. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests during their stay, we kindly request compliance with the following guidelines: • Smoking or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. • Pets are not permitted on the property. • Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. • Maintain music and noise levels at a considerate volume. • Show respect and consideration towards neighbors. • Hosting events or parties is strictly forbidden. • Commercial photography is not permitted. • Report any damages that occur. • Glass items are prohibited in or near the pool area. • The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. • Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. • Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. • Take care of your keys. • Preserve the furnishings. • Clean dishes and utensils before checking out. • Dispose of trash and open containers before departure. • Respect community regulations. • Do not remove any property items. • Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Incorrect disposal of other items can cause pump malfunctions, leading to necessary repairs. Please note that damages resulting from negligence or noncompliance with these rules will incur charges. IMPORTANT NOTICE: When placing an order, remember to provide your address, telephone number, and the passports of all guests. According to the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, hosts are required to register all guests, including a copy of each guest's passport. Failure to comply with these guidelines or engaging in inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate expulsion from the property without any refunds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
