Latina Corporate Housing with Billard &Darts

Good location, easy enough self check-in (if a bit like the Crystal Maze), clean, lots of utensils and crockery in the kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, fans in the cupboard, having the pool table downstairs is fun.

There were so many things missing/broken, and when I tried to resolve this with the hosts, the customer service was laughably bad. We had booked for five guests, and were missing fitted sheets for the two sofa beds. After a back-and-forth over WhatsApp where they kept insisting the missing sheets were there (asking more than once to send photo proof of them being missing!) they eventually agreed to drop some off the next day. The next evening they said it had been sorted, we got back and there was nothing there. I asked them for clarification, to which they replied the team was on it (I can only assume they went to the wrong flat but they didn't admit their mistake). After they finally dropped it off they had only left one sheet (after asking multiple times for two). When I said we needed one more they said it would cost 30€ to send the team out! At this point we gave up and just bought one ourselves. We also asked for more toilet paper and coffee pods (as we were five guests staying for five nights), but we were told the two rolls and four coffee pods were the only complimentary items we could get - after we forked out almost a grand for the whole stay in total. Another significant problem was the fact that after one shower, the hot water would run out and would need around 20 minutes to be ready again. Not at all ideal for a place that is meant to sleep up to seven! There were a ton of other issues, but we decided to not bother trying to fix these with the hosts as it wouldn't be worth it. - no lightbulb in one of the lamps (this was fixed) - missing sheets for the sofa beds - broken chair - two broken drawers - broken door frame (held together by masking tape) - big stain on the sofa bed - damp smell downstairs (could be fixed with a dehumidifier) - no batteries in the electric dartboard (which couldn't be dismounted) - thermostats on the heaters reading the wrong temperature - no handwash in one of the toilets - no dishwasher
