The sauna and fireplace

The heat did not seem to work and I couldn’t get the outdoor fireplace to work either.

bed sheets were not changed and had lots previous guests' hair in it; if im paying $300+ a night i expect not to sleep in dirty sheets

Everything was clean, cute and cozy immediately made us feel at home and like we were able to relax. The amenities were icing on the cake, we loved the sauna and cold plunge lighting and Sonos speaker.

We were a little skeptical of the privacy when we first pulled up but they hosts really put effort into making it as private as possible and we felt comfortable. The only thing i would change is the quality of the bathroom towels, they didn't feel too clean. They were also covered in lint so anytime we dried off we were too.

All the essentials and modern amenities were there. The sauna and cold plunge were the main draw for us staying here plus there was an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Parking was great as it was just a few steps from the yurt. Quiet residential area which was nice since it allowed for maximum relaxation. Another plus was having the yurt, cold plunge and outdoor shower covered and allowed a comfortable transition from indoor to outdoor space especially since it was raining.

If I had to nitpick it would be the shower inside the yurt. The floor space of the shower is small, which is expected, but the shower curtain did not allow for maximum space as it comes in to the "shower space". We also had to strategically place the shower curtain to prevent water from spraying all over the bathroom floor. That and not having a place within the shower for soap/shampoo made it somewhat uncomfortable to shower. It was more convenient to shower outside, which we did.

Loved how cozy the yurt was. The sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower were amazing. A perfect spot central to many restaurants and close to the cute town of Lake Oswego and wonderful city of Portland. Michelle was wonderful, she made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She helped book a last minute massage at the yurt for my boyfriend and I. Made me fall in love with Oregon.
