Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, of the Government of Spain, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information in lodging activities, by virtue of the principle of protection of the public security and citizen security, we inform you that it is the obligation of all guests to provide the personal data required by current regulations as well as to sign the traveler's parts (all those over 14 years of age; with respect to those under 14 years of age, their parents or legal guardians must provide the data); as well as show their passport or identification at the entrance to the accommodation. "Luxury apartment with stunning views, a long walk into Corralejo, but convenient for supermarkets"

Loved the luxury feel of the apartment with electric blinds, rain shower & loads of room outside in the private area and the communal area to catch the sunshine. Being close to the Mercedona & Lidl supermarkets was a bonus. Spectacular views to an huge volcano and looking right to see over the top of most of Corralejo & Lanzarote beyond…it’s amazing & a wonderful feature. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc and posh wine glasses. Agent was responsive to questions about which BBQ we could use (the right one of 3) & washing machine (the left one), and getting the WiFi fixed. Also confirmed the 2 alarm cameras were turned off when the alarm was disabled (I still hung a cap over one just in case). Big fridge freezer, comfy beds with mobile fan (no aircon). We only used the double bed room (not the 2 single bed room), though hung clothes in the wardrobe of the 2nd room. The main bedroom benefited from a smaller protected balcony that we used when it was too windy on the main terrace.

Nothing really bad, just some warnings: It is a long walk into Corralejo. We are fit runners so managed. There are bars/bistros below the apartment (not used). Else a 15 minute walk down the hill to Nico's Belgium Bar area offers a few more bars and restaurants. Then another 15-20 minute further into main Corralejo. Taxi back a night we rounded up to €10 with tip. No awning or cover from the sun or rain outside. The main cushioned double sofa outside was damp when we arrived, because it had recently rained. Dries quickly in the sunshine though. There’s a large communal area shared by 3 apartments, with 3 BBQs & 3 astroturf upper terraces. We never used the upper terrace due to the wind, and lack of furniture. Outdoor furniture is OK for drinking with the low table, but there was no suitable outdoor furniture for outside dining; nor any loungers for lying in the sunshine. A maintenance issue with the rain shower needs attending with the up-pipe being loose in the tap fitting & leaking spray sometimes. The double bedroom window faces the main road that's busy with traffic for the 2 supermarkets, though calms at night. But traffic noise can still be heard with the windows shut and blind down. There’s a bistro just below, but was quiet while we were there. The big BBQ was too rusty to use as is, so we bought 2 disposable ones to use on top of it. A couple of roasting/BBQ sheets might make the main BBQ usable. The 2nd twin bedroom window opens onto the side corridor to the communal area, so neighbours could walk past. You can partially lower the blind for privacy. Had to deal directly with an agent to fill in checkin details, names, addresses, passport numbers etc, before the access to key box was provided, so set aside some time for this; it meant we met nobody to gain access.

"Very well equipped"

Great new apartment, very clean, no mould but some VOCs (I have CIRS). Very well equipped, supermarkets nearby. Quiet area although one room was more quiet than the other one

The agency that lets the apartments is not very responsive, they do not respond to phone calls at all (I called when I could not find the place - no answer). I also asked them for a 2nd set of keys and it took them 3 days to deliver it (I was already leaving when they did) There are no buses so you need to call a cab every time you want to go out
