This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Central Market - Queen Square - Mid-term in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in after 21:00 h (9 pm) until 23:30 h (11:30 pm) is only available on prior request only and subject to availability and extra fees. If you're booking for 2 people and need the sofa bed, please request it in advance. Apartment equipped with a sound pressure measurement and analysis device attached to the WE RESPECT program of the city of Valencia. In the event that an excessive noise level is detected, the guest will be informed automatically and/or through an authorized agent of the program. We appreciate your collaboration in respecting neighborhood rest. Please be aware that the air conditioning temperature may be set for sustainability criteria within the range of 19-22°C in winter and 24-25°C in summer.
