"Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare."

L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulito e facilmente raggiungibile. Ha un accesso al garage direttamente con l'ascensore. Il posto è molto tranquillo e si raggiungono facilmente le fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Il grande e bello parco "Drumul Taberi" è molto vicino e lo stesso si può dire delle attività commerciali.

Poiché l'appartamento è nuovo, mancano ancora degli oggetti per l'uso quotidiano e per la cucina. Non è segnalato dove gettare i rifiuti differenziati nel locale esterno al palazzo.
