Such an amazing find! Beautiful room and private bathroom. Great communication from hosts who were really helpful. Lovely breakfast every morning.

Both my taxis struggled to find the property - there is a pub a couple of mins away which might be a better pick up point if you are using taxis at all!

I would Start with Hosts (Lucy and Dan), both very kind to pick us up from around 10 miles away from the actual location, because of some road closures. Very knowledgeable through out most of the cornwall area. We planned the areas where we wanted to go but the actual locations were suggested by Lucy and Dan and they were absolutely brilliant as we wanted. I would talk about the location, The location was perfect as it's roughly around 45 mins to most Multiple locations (Lands end, St Ives, St Michaels Mount). Closest beach was about 14 mins drive with sea side restaurants. There was everything we needed in the house including fresh bedding, towels, dining, breakfast etc. It was clean and tidy and well presented. I would definitly like to stay every time we visit Cornwall and i would 100% refer to others.

The location was perfect being so close to everywhere we wanted to go to. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented. Lucy was an excellent hostess and was very rapid with all her replies and help before we arrived at the property and when we were there. There was car parking at the property which was very important to us.

Breakfast was great. The location was very quiet, it was a lovely place to stay.

Coffee bags would have been nicer than instant coffee for breakfast.
