"We enjoyed our two nights, perfect location for Truro."

On arrival difficult to gain entry(no doorbell) however, once contact made we were made to feel welcome. Room was not en-suite , screen available, which enabled walk to bathroom could not be observed. This could not be criticized as in balance everywhere was spotlessly clean. Good parking facilities.

Continental breakfast was do-it-yourself with facilities(kettle, toaster, and fridge) and food was laid out on the table. sadly, there was limited interaction, which may suit some people.

Really lovely place to stay. Rooms were super clean & comfortable .. Lucy went the extra mile ensuring our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble. Location great. Continental breakfast just perfect. Thank you Lucy .. we will definitely book again when we are visiting Cornwall ☺️

Lucy & Dan were lovely hosts. Our rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Loved the huge bathroom and deep freestanding bath ! Breakfast was really good too. Great location.

The hostess, Lucy, was very friendly and was very welcoming and also ensured that we had everything required for our stay, we always had room to park and finding Ashwood was quite easy. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations and was available at the time of your choice. The bathroom, although not en-suite, was very close and was our own private bathroom and very spacious. with lovely hot shower and choice of toiletries. Everything was clean and well presented. We would stay there again.

The only criticism is the danish pastries, these were not the best!

Lucy's house is a joy to visit. It is a roomy, large modern house with every facility you could need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom outstanding and the breakfast is also excellent. Everything is extremely clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful and even brought in our washing from the line when it rained.

Great location for exploring all the Cornwall destination highlights, clean amenities, comfortable bed, substantial breakfast, helpful host, microwave and fridge in our room.

No dislikes as the property was consistent with the explanation and met all our expectations.
