Hanock, charmant et très confortable dans un quartier résidentiel idéalement placé et truffé de cafés et de petits restos, notamment au coin de la rue à droite avec un très bon chef ou chez yonnmin kim en contrebas à 100 mètres.

Nice deco and warm during the winter. It was a quaint neighbourhood with nice restaurants and shops in the area. Interesting architecture.

The location was a little hidden and difficult to get to by subway. Can be problematic if you are lugging a heavy luggage. A bit pricey.

It was clean with good amenities and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning in every room was also excellent.

The shower/bathtub was difficult to get in and out due to the big steps and was definitely a potential risk to fall, especially when getting out. The bathtub is very slippery when wet - I think connecting a handrail to the wall would make it easier and safer. There were also a few spiders and insects inside the house, mostly in the bedrooms which we had to physically remove. I know it is difficult to manage spiders in old wooden houses but I think this is something you should look into. Also, we found it very unpleasant to find that a dog had defacated on the front steps of the property during our stay but the owner did not pick it up to clean it away - they left it there in the hot sun and it was very unpleasant. I think that the neighbours should be cleaning up after their dogs and not leaving it for others to do.

The hanok was comfortable and clean. The location was amazing! Butler Lee was accessible and responsive.

We had a little trouble with the drain, but Butler Lee was helpful and responded right away.

The location is perfect, 10min from metro and in the middle of a very nice neighbourhood
