Stunning Caravan With Side Decking Just A Short Walk To Hembsy Beach Ref 00069Ba

Arrived to lovely, clean, warm caravan.

Unfortunately there were problems with the boiler during our stay which left us with no hot water until mid afternoon of the day after check in. I reported this on the morning of the 2nd day and it took more than 4 hours for someone to come and resolve the issue, so we had to resort to boiling water with the kettle in order to have a wash and to wash up! We went out and returned to what appeared to be a fixed boiler, but we then discovered later that evening there was no heating in the main living area, so we were sat around in our coats. Not ideal when travelling with my 79 year old mum. I have reported the issue, but was offered no compensation for the inconvenience, only a free early check in or late departure if we visit again, which is unlikely.

The caravan was brill, just one or 2 problems .the door handles are sharp I've 2 cuts on my back from toilet door handle . The double socket in double bed room doesn't work at all . Tv ariel has been broken on prior visit . Freezer has alot of food in it. First bedroom on left , if you shut the door you can't get out , handle doesn't work . But all that aside it was a beautiful caravan .

Just the snags mentioned abouve .Hemsby and great yarmouth are the best places in the world but I am very bias as my family comes from there .

The location, near to everything but the park itself was quite quiet

The beds were uncomfortable, stains on the bedding, the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed & the sofas were dirty

Lovely caravan, great location, good equipped kitchen all utensils and crockery you need and more. Kids loved the games cupboard, Jenga was a hit. Highly recommend

Convenient for where we needed to be

Was not told about the electric card that was required so we ran out of electric on the first night

Property was modern clean and the WiFi was an extra bonus for my son with additional needs.

The living room area and kitchen were well laid out and very comfortable The location was very peaceful and close to everything Would definitely stay here again

The bedrooms were very cramped
